Combi vs system vs regular

Combi boilers are the most popular choice in the UK, fitted in around 70% of homes. They heat water on demand and do not need a separate hot water cylinder or cold water tank. For budget-conscious buyers, Ideal and Baxi offer solid mid-range options starting from £600 to £800 supply only. Warranty periods range from 5 years on budget models to 12 years on premium Worcester and Vaillant units.
