When you use our free estimator without an account, we collect your IP address (hashed and anonymised) solely to track your monthly free estimate usage. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (encrypted). If you subscribe to Pro, we collect payment information via Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
We store your estimate conversations to provide the service. Pro users can view their saved estimates. Free tier estimates are not stored after the session ends.
We use your data to provide the estimating service, manage your account, process payments via Stripe, and improve the accuracy of our AI estimates. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage (hosted in EU), Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic (Claude AI) for estimate generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
